We will maintain your server with updates and make sure everything is working as it should. This package includes:
- Maintenance of Nextcloud / WordPress with updates so that you always have the latest version running and a patched OS with the latest fixes.
- Maintenance of your server’s system so that everything that is installed is up to date. (Major jobs like upgrading to a new OS version is not included)
- Setting up SSH with secure keys so that you easily can access your server in a secure way, without passwords.
- Hardening of security in Apache, MySQL/PostgreSQL and in general.
- Setup of Fail2ban to prevent brute-force attacks
- 1 included Support ticket per month, if more is needed you have to get this.
- For instances up to 20 users. (For larger please see this category)
Note; this product is not supposed to be bought if you have a server that is broken. In that case, buy support instead.
